If there is no space between, there is no time to think, to absorb, to integrate. When teaching, space is essential. Reminder to allow time for integration, for self-care, for quiet, for alone time! It is essential to our expansion.
The importance of not letting excitement, content or agenda to dominate the experience of the audience. We need so much space to process and integrate the high intensity of learning. Blending the masculine and feminine requires space.
Receiving your blessings. Make time to count them. Make time for you. Give your brilliance space.
