Boonty & ME
Well, our Miracle Boy did it again!  He’s chosen to stay and heal!

Boont has had a small mole on his left eyelid and a larger mole on his right eyelid for about six years, but last summer the mole on his right eyelid started getting bigger and he was scratching it daily.  I took him to my vet and she diagnosed it as a plugged sebaceous gland and said it was benign.  She suggested using homeopathic remedies, stating that because Boont is a cancer survivor, she didn’t want to operate and didn’t want to stress out his immune system.  So I tried the homeopathic remedies (several bottles worth) and did Theta Healing on it.  Its gotten bigger, then smaller and even bigger within this past month.

I was way over it and I knew Boont was too, so I called to make an appointment to do surgery with my vets.  The soonest appointment we could get was the beginning of May, so I scheduled it.  Every day he scratched it making it bleed several times a day, despite my close monitoring.  Frustrated with having to wait for almost three weeks, I tried making an appointment at the UC Davis vet hospital, but they had nothing better.  So I called my friend in Idaho Falls, ID and asked her if she would recommend her vet. She did and I called her vet, Dr. Moe, right away.  We were able to have a consult on the phone (which is absolutely unheard of in CA) and I sent him photos of Boont’s eye via email.  We set up an appointment for as soon as I arrived and Boont, Spirit, Columbus and I hit the road to Idaho to take care of our buddy.  I needed a road trip anyways.

Monday morning came and in the vet’s office, Dr. Moe said that since the growth was in a difficult place, he may have to cut out some of his eyelid, it may be deformed, Boont may need two surgeries and that he’d do his best.  I was nervous about giving him anesthesia since he’s getting pretty old, but knew All That Is would take care of it. I left and went outside and manifested for a fantastic outcome and sent plenty of love to the nurses, the doctor, to Boonty and myself.

Boont was ready to pick up earlier than expected.  I heard him barking as soon as I walked in the office, so I knew he was fine.  Whheeeew!  When I saw his eye, I was amazed!!!  See for yourself below!!!  It was so much better than I ever thought it could be!  My heart was filled with gratitude and appreciation, once again, AND amazement at how resilient my old boy is!

When I got the bill, however, I almost fainted!!!  We were definitely in Idaho and not California because it only cost me $218 for anesthesia, laser removal of a small mole on his right eye, removal of the larger growth on his right eye, pain meds, antibiotics and an anti-biotic ointment!!  In Cali, it would’ve easily cost $600. to $1,000.!  All That Is had our back once again!

It’s been less than a week and the vet checked him out yesterday and said it looked great.  He’s much happier and is doing fantastic.  Stiches come out in four days.  The Comfy Cone ( http://www.allfourpaws.com/ vs. the white plastic cone, a.k.a. “cone of shame”)  that I had my vets ship out her arrived the day of the surgery via mail and has been a saviour and is sooooo awesome for post op!  I HIGHLY recommend them!  They are far superior and comfortable in keeping your pet safe post op!

Bottom line is, we’re grateful for Dr. Moe’s expertise, Boont’s willingness to heal, Creator’s love, healing and keeping us all safe on the road.  It was worth the trip!
